Products & Made-to-Order Jewelry

Most Furqan Gems jewelry is made to order. Product pages describe the materials, stones, available variations and other specifications for each piece. Natural materials and handmade or made-to-order work can have reasonable visual variation.

Orders

Please review product, variation, size, delivery and contact details before placing an order. Because jewelry is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Furqan Gems may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to prepare or fulfil an order.

Prices, Taxes & Duties

Prices shown on the website apply at the time an order is placed, subject to any checkout adjustments shown before confirmation. Applicable duties, taxes or import charges depend on destination and the checkout or shipping arrangement. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for them on delivery.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders are normally prepared and dispatched within approximately 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery can vary because of destination, carrier, customs or circumstances outside Furqan Gems’ reasonable control.

Returns, Exchanges & Defects

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted. An eligible return, replacement or exchange is available when the issue is from Furqan Gems’ side, including a damaged or defective item, incorrect item, genuine manufacturing/workmanship defect, seller-caused stone issue or an item materially different from what was ordered.

For an approved seller-side issue, Furqan Gems provides a 100% refund of the eligible order amount after inspection when a refund is the agreed resolution, and Furqan Gems covers standard return shipping. Full details are available on the Shipping & Returns page. Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Return Condition & Certificates

Approved returns should be unused and unworn and include the original box, accessories/inserts and the GGI certificate where one was supplied. Customer-caused damage or missing certification can affect eligibility.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized and engraved pieces are not returnable because of preference changes. They remain protected if the supplied item is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from the agreed order specification.

Workmanship Warranty

The lifetime workmanship warranty covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse and loss are not covered.

Furqan Gems branding, original website content, photography and design material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where use is otherwise permitted by applicable law or the rights belong to another identified owner.

Website Availability

We work to keep product information and store functionality accurate and available, but temporary technical interruptions, maintenance or third-party service issues can occur.
